AUDIO GUIDE

Sep 4, 2026News

As of September 8, 2026, an AUDIO GUIDE for the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science is available in both Croatian and English.
Visitors can easily access the guide using their smartphones by scanning the QR codes located on the information plaques throughout the Garden. Scanning any of these codes will prompt the installation of the mobile app.
The audio guide features 37 guided tour stops (lasting approximately 50–60 minutes) and 29 independent points of interest, highlighting the Garden’s history, operations, and diverse plant collections.
  • Yellow plaques marked T1, T2, T3, etc., indicate the structured guided tour.
  • White plaques with standard numbers mark the independent, free roaming points of interest.
In the coming seasons, we plan to expand the app with new points of interest, additional languages, and interactive features like quizzes and prize games.
The audio guide is designed for all visitors, with a special emphasis on students and educators, as we are no longer able to offer regular in-person guided tours.
The suggested tour takes about an hour and covers essential information about botanical gardens, our history, and specific collections and plant species.
